Our latest project with Sporting Kansas City – The new loyalty program “Sporting Blue Rewards” – Was featured in Sports Business Journal.

“Fortress, which has developed rewards programs for teams in the NFL, NHL, MLS and MLB, helped Sporting KC assemble its fan loyalty program by tying together disparate technologies. Fans’ mobile wallet, the loyalty platform and the ticketing platform all reside within Sporting KC’s app, and the third-party vendors all communicate with each other, meaning loyalty program tasks and rewards are no longer confined to specific lines of business.”
